Downtown Parking Permitposted June 17th, 2011The Downtown Monroe Parking Permit is available to be purchased annually by any interested party (expires June 30th and cost is prorated each month). The annual permit can be used to park in most downtown public parking lots (some exclusions and not for on-street parking) and negates the need to feed meters or adhere to parking lot time limits. Rules, Regulations and Applications can be downloaded below and are also available at the City of Monroe Clerk's office at 120 E. First St. All applications must be turned in at the City of Monroe Clerk's office to receive a permit. Permits valid July 1, 2011-June 30, 2012 are now available for purchase.
